Carpet CHIRVAN KARAGACHLI (Caucasus), 3rd third of the 20th century Dimensions: 150 x 101cm. Technical characteristics : wool velvet on cotton foundation. A champagne field hosts four ruby floral medallions, with cruciform hearts. They are interspersed with birds and surrounded by stylized floral vases. The frame is composed of two ivory counter borders "with dogs running", two others with flowers surrounding the main salmon with oak leaves and stylized chalice. Beautiful homogeneous set.
